The brand of sports equipment COFIDES is a creation of clothing company founded in 1976 by current managing partner of a commercial company LCB- Confecções desportivas, Ldª and its emergence on the market in 1993 corresponded to a need for reorganization of the small individual business that has begun to develop gradually until the present day.
The adoption of the current corporate form was accompanied by moves to new premises, whether manufacturing or administrative, as well as a strong investment in machinery and automation that would allow, along with a sustained effort of human resources training, advance to the pioneering use of technical fabrics.
Devoted to the area of sports competition in terms of football, cycling, basketball, volleyball, handball and roller hockey, have had the privilege and honor to be preferred by numerous Portuguese and Foreing clubs, and marked our presence in the British, North America and Canadian markets.
The motto of COFIDES "Competing with comfort, Winning in style" comes from the early days of its inception and is held each day with the assurance of superior quality that we put in the design and manufacture of equipment that we put at the disposal of those who prefer us.
